2017 U.S.-Russia Peer-to-Peer Dialogue Program: To help foster greater contacts between Americans and Russians, the U.S. Department of State, U.S. Embassy Moscow, announces the 2017 U.S.-Russia Peer-to-Peer Dialogue Program, which will provide multiple awards, up to $100,000 each, to support unique projects centered on Russian-American, peer-to-peer collaboration, including, but not limited to, an exchange of best practices between Russians and Americans on a topic of mutual interest.Projects must be non-political in nature and focus on Russian-American peer-to-peer dialogue or people-to-people engagement on themes of mutual interest that support greater understanding of shared values, including but not limited to the merits of inclusive societies, and may support institutional and professional development of individuals and organizations. Applicants are encouraged to incorporate innovative methodologies to accomplish program goals and foster interaction among peers. Successful projects will result in a product or outcome which enhances interaction and understanding between our two societies. The U.S. Embassy reserves the right to fund any or none of the applications submitted and will determine the resulting level of funding for the award.
