Accelerating the Scale-Up of Voluntary Medical Male Circumcision for HIV Prevention for Maximum Public Health Impact in the United Republic of Tanzania under the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR): The purpose of this FOA is to scale up the comprehensive VMMC program to reach 80% coverage in selected priority districts. The awardee will design, implement, and monitor the program in collaboration with GOT and other stakeholders. The awardee will implement a comprehensive package of services including integrated counseling and testing, linkages to care and treatment, condom promotion and distribution, and screening for STI, including referrals and linkages to treatment services.
