Additional Modeling for the CAMT Delta Smelt: been developing a custom hydrodynamic, sediment transport, and delta smelt behavior model suite (model platform) for the Collaborative Adaptive Management Team (CAMT), a group in which the Service participates. The contract scope explains that some parts of the model platform have taken longer to develop than was originally anticipated. This occurred because it turned out that creating a computer simulation of Delta Smelt swimming behavior rules was more complicated than collaborating researchers had suspected.
