Addressing Unmet Need in HIV Testing Services (HTS) through Effective Delivery Models in Malawi under the President's Emergency Fund for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR): The successful applicant to this FOA will identify effective service delivery models to address the unmet need for HIV Testing Services (HTS) in CDC supported districts to support the attainment of the 90-90-90 goals. The implementing partner will increase utilization of HIV Testing services (HTS) and linkages to other HIV-related support services through expansion, integration and targeted models to be achieved through 3 strategic goals: • Increased access and demand for HTS• Linkages to other HIV services• Improved quality of HTS The implementing partner will ensure that HTS is available at high HIV prevalence service points and there is increased access at community level using targeted approaches (e.g. index client family member and active partner testing, family testing days, moonlight, work place testing, social network testing, home-based testing). Community mobilization will be conducted to increase demand for HTS. Collaboration with community structures will be strengthened. National capacity for HTS, including quality assurance and quality improvement interventions will be strengthened.
