American Basin Fish Screen and Habitat Improvement Project Phase 2A - Pritchard Lake Diversion: The Mid-Pacific Region of the Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation) intends to issue a modification to continually fund Cooperative Agreement R12AC20042 to Natomas Central Mutual Water Company for the following program – American Basin Fish Screen and Habitat Improvement Project Phase 2A - Pritchard Lake Diversion, under the authority of Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance (CFDA) 15.512, Public Law 102-575 Sec 3406(b)(21), Fish, Wildlife, Improved Water Management & Conservation. Estimated total amount of modification is $1,669,635.00 with Reclamation providing $650,000.00 in Fiscal Year 2014. The purpose of this modification is to (1) the project was divided into two phases to accommodate Sacramento Area Flood Control Agency SAFCA’s ability to contribute toward the construction of the project and (2) construction estimates has increased following the bid opening in January 2014. (Refer to Notice of Intent (NOI) to award announcement No. R14AN20018 for additional information). A Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed financial assistance based upon Departmental Manual 505 DM 2, paragraph 2.14(B)(2) & (4) is solely within the discretion of the Government.
