Arroyo Canal Fish Screen and Sack Dam Fish Passage Project: The Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation), Mid-Pacific Region, intends to award a grant agreement to Henry Miller Reclamation District #2131 on the following program: Arroyo Canal Fish Screen and Sack Dam Fish Passage Project. The purpose of this project is to implement Phase I and a portion of Phase II of the Memorandum of Undestanding between Reclamation and the Henry Miller Reclamation District #2131 for the Arroyo Canal Fish Screen and Sack Dam Fish Passage Project. The objective of the project is to provide the financial means for the Henry Miller Reclamation District #2131 to complete a portion of the environmental planning, documentation, permitting, and all of the engineering design for the Arroyo Canal Fish Screen and Sack Dam Fish Passage Project.
