Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) National Historic Landmark Nomination: A. Project Goals ¿ The project is a follow-up to the Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) National Historic Landmark theme study issued by NPS in 2018 and to support the continued identification and documentation of properties associated with this subject. The preparation of such a nomination would continue the NPS¿ work on this initiative and contribute to the efforts of other NPS programs and regions. B. Project Objectives ¿ The project will produce a complete draft of a National Historic Landmark nomination for a property that is nationally significant to the history of Asian American and Pacific Islanders in the United States.
