Biological Monitoring in the Pearl River Basin: THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD TO A SINGLE SOURCE, AND THERE IS NO FULL ANNOUNCEMENT ASSOCIATED WITH THIS NOTICE. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service) intends to award a cooperative agreement toward a grant on a single source basis to the Louisiana Dept. of Wildlife and Fisheries to contribute to the development of subsurface aquatic habitat data in the Pearl River basin in LA and MS by collecting field validation information of interpreted data and spatial distribution of habitat types.
