- Eligibiliy is limited to youth, verteran, or conservation corps that are able to involve youth ages 15-25 in the 17 Western United States and the Intern Program in Reclamation projects on a nationwide basis. A qualified service or conservation corps means any program extablished by a State, or local government, by the governing body of any Indian tribe, or by a non profit organization.
