Building Systems and Capacity within the Cambodian Ministry of Health to Achieve Virtual Elimination of HIV in Cambodia through Support to the National Center for HIV/AIDS, Dermatology, and STDS (NCHADS) under PEPFAR: Through this NOFO, CDC will partner with the Cambodia Ministry of Health (MOH) and the NCHADS to achieve sustained HIV epidemic control. CDC will support NCHADS to build sustainable systems for case-finding, in order to facilitate achievement of 95-95-95 and fewer than 300 new infections annually by 2025. A core approach of the NOFO will be the use of aggressive case finding to identify undiagnosed people living with HIV (PLHIV) and link them to quality treatment. CDC will also support use of quality, real-time granular data to rapidly identify and respond to new infections and programmatic gaps across the HIV cascade in order to maintain epidemic control.
