Building and Improving Laboratory Capacity and Quality in the Kingdom of Lesotho under the Presidents Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR): CDC's Procurement and Grants Office has published a program announcement entitled, "Building and Improving Laboratory Capacity and Quality in the Kingdom of Lesotho under the President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR)."
