Conservation Reserve Program Planning Services: PROVIDE CONSERVATION RESERVE PROGRAM PLANNING SERVICES: Provide all supervision, personnel, equipment, tools, materials, and other items and services necessary to develop and provide implementation assistance for Conservation Reserve Program plans for NRCS clients throughout the state of Oklahoma. Conservation Reserve Program plans will be developed following procedures described in the National Planning Procedures Handbook located at http://www.nrcs.usda.gov/programs/afo/cnmp_guide_index.html. Written plans and specifications shall be provided to the NRCS that adequately describes the requirements to install the practice and obtain necessary permits. All plan maps and all digital data used to develop plan maps/photographs will be in UTM NAD83 projection. All digital data will be developed using GPS within 20 feet of true ground position. Digital data files and maps will be provided to NRCS in addition to paper products. One or more cooperative agreements may be awarded from this announcement. Awards are subject to the availability of funds. Cooperative agreements have been determined to be the appropriate funding instrument because NRCS anticipates being substantially involved in carrying out the work covered by the resulting cooperative agreement(s).
