Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction: First Responder Vaccine Initiative (FRVI) Pilot: DHS is executing a First Responder Vaccine Initiative (FRVI) Pilot that has as a primary objective the establishment of a mechanism to offer pre-event vaccinations to emergency response providers through a voluntary vaccination pilot program. This is being accomplished in operational partnership or coordination with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response (ASPR) Office of the Strategic National Stockpile (SNS).
