Development, Implementation, and Management of a Funding System to support the Grade A Milk Safety Program and National Shellfish Sanitation Program (U18): The objective of this FOA is the development, implementation, and management of a funding system in which State, Tribal, and Territorial Grade “A” Milk Safety and National Shellfish Sanitation regulatory programs can apply and be subawarded funds to support technical training and equipment purchases, and to improve the implementation of the Grade "A" Milk Safety Program and the National Shellfish Sanitation Program (NSSP). Funds may be awarded to up to two non-profit association/organization(s), upon which they will subsequently administer and subaward funds to State, Tribal, and Territorial regulatory agencies for facilitating improvements to and advancing the Grade “A” Milk Safety Program and the National Shellfish Sanitation Program.
