Evaluation of the Validity of Coverage Survey Self-Reported Adult Vaccination Status: The purpose of this FOA is to seek a cooperative agreement for studies to evaluate the validity of self-reported adult vaccination status in the U.S. for the nine most common adult vaccines (Table 1) among populations for which the vaccine is indicated when collected during either a telephone or in-person large population coverage survey. Knowledge gained from this project will help guide future resources and activities associated with monitoring adult vaccination coverage in the U.S.
