Expansion of the Family-to-Family Health Information Centers: This notice solicits applications for the Expansion of the Family-to-Family Health Information Centers (F2F HICs) Program in U.S. Territories and for American Indians/Alaska Natives. The purpose of this program is to provide information, education, technical assistance, and peer support to families of children and youth with special health care needs (CYSHCN) and the professionals who serve them. This program will fund one F2F HIC in each of the following five U.S. Territories - American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, the Northern Mariana Islands and the U.S. Virgin Islands; and up to three F2F HICs to serve American Indians/Alaska Natives.
