Family-to-Family Health Information Centers: This notice announces the opportunity to apply for funding under the Family-to-Family Health Information Centers (F2F HICs) Program. The purpose of this program is to provide information, education, technical assistance, and peer support to families of children and youth with special health care needs (CYSHCN) and the professionals who serve them. This program will fund one F2F HIC in each of the 50 states, the District of Columbia, 5 U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and the Northern Mariana Islands); and up to 3 F2F HICs to serve American Indians/Alaska Natives.
