Implementing Comprehensive Community Based HIV/AIDS Prevention, Care and Treatment Services in Priority Areas in the Republic of Zambia under the President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR): The purpose of this FOA is to implement comprehensive community based combination HIV prevention, care and treatment packages for high priority populations in targeted geographic areas. This includes linkage to health facilities within priority Districts and adherence support for those on ART. Included program elements will support the Zambian government's response to HIV/ AIDS and build on the existing strong foundation. The awardee will build capacity in district health teams with assured sustainability through project transition to the government of Zambia district and facility teams.
