- Limited Competition: Public or private not-for-profit organizations within Brazil that meet the following criteria may submit applications: (1)ability to demonstrate past and current experience in collaborating with international organizations and Brazilian faith-based and community-based organizations; (2) ability to demonstrate past experience in collaborating with the National AIDS Program of Brazil (National Program); (3) ability to disburse funds to a Brazilian Federal governmental institution and to other non-governmental organizations; and (4) ability to demonstrate a strong linkage with one or more public health and/or medical university institutions and with community-based and faith-based organizations.
