Mexico Travel and Logistics Program for Training Support: The overarching goals for the capacity-building program are to help participants: 1) build upon skills relevant to their field of practice that will better enable them to fight organized crime, uphold the rule of law, and build resilient communities; 2) increase understanding and implementation of the Merida Initiative and how its objectives can be incorporated into professional and social communities; and 3) develop the capacity to train other members of their profession or communities in a train-the-trainer approach. The award recipient will provide overall support for programmatic, logistical, and administrative assistance with the NAS capacity-building program.
