Michigan State University: This single source award is a continuation of prior award # 98210-7-J004. As a major participant of the National Fish Habitat Action Plan, it is not feasible to solicit another vendor to pick up the continuing development of the National Habitat Assessment of the current Status of Fish Habitat. This vendor has historic knowledge since 2006 and the technology to continue this assessment.
