Obesity Nutrition Research Centers (P30): The National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases (NIDDK) invites applications for Obesity and Nutrition Research Centers (ONRC). The ONRCs are core centers (P30) that are part of an integrated program of obesity and nutrition-research support provided by NIDDK. -A total of $2,000,000 in FY 2008 will be committed to fund a total of two new and/or renewal (formerly competing continuation) grants in response to this RFA. An applicant may request a project period of up to 5 years and a budget for direct costs of up to $750,000 per year. Two existing ONRCs are expected to submit competing continuation applications.
