Preservation and Rehabilitation of Historic Landscape: THIS ANNOUNCEMENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR APPLICATIONS.This announcement is to provide public notice of the National Park Service's intention to award financial assistance for the following project activities. This project continues the private-public partnership to address deferred and cyclic maintenance of the historic gardens and grounds of the Marsh-Billings-Rockefeller NHP (including maintenance of the formal gardens, specimen tree management, pruning and plant replacements, and general landscape care), which is a key part of the historic Billings' estate and is used for numerous public programs and tours that are enjoyed by visitors to both the National Park and adjacent Billings Farm & Museum, owned and managed by the Woodstock Foundation. This work is done under a TA under CA P18AC00751
