Reinforcing Capacity at Two Centers of Excellence to Sustain the Delivery of Comprehensive HIV Clinical Services in Haiti under the President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR): The purpose of this FOA is to support INLR and IMIS to continue to provide to the population of Port au Prince, Haiti with: • High quality HTC services and PMTCT services; • High quality pediatric and adult HIV care and treatment services; and • High quality TB and MDR TB prevention, diagnosis, and treatment services and serve as national reference centers for TB and MDR TB.
