South Ponil Creek: This agreement between USFWS/NMFWCO and Philmont Scout Ranch will be to provide technical assistance on fishery management to improve fish passage. Philmont will provide all manpower, equipment, and purchase all the materials to construct and install educational signs and construct and install low water crossings at five locations along South Ponil Creek.
