Strengthening HIV/AIDS Prevention, Care, and Treatment Referral Services to Targeting Populations Engaged in High-Risk Behavior in Haiti, as Part of the President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief: CDCs Procurement and Grants Office has published a new funding opportunity entitled, Strengthening HIV/AIDS Prevention, Care, and Treatment Referral Services to Targeting Populations Engaged in High-Risk Behavior in Haiti, as Part of the Presidents Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief. $130,000 will be available in FY2005 to fund an organization with experience offering services in Haiti to build progressively an indigenous, sustainable response to the national HIV epidemic through the rapid expansion of innovative, culturally appropriate, high-quality HIV/AIDS prevention and care interventions, and improved linkages to HIV counseling and testing and HIV treatment by targeting rural and other underserved populations in Haiti.
