Strengthening the Delivery of and Expanding Access to Quality Laboratory Services and Laboratory Safety in the Republic of South Africa under the President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR): This NOFO will strengthen the delivery of and expand access to quality laboratory services; enhance uptake of laboratory results by supporting the clinic-laboratory interface; improve laboratory safety, as well as bolster quality of point of care testing for HIV/TB and related infections in South Africa under PEPFAR. This follow-on NOFO will allow CDC-South Africa to continue collaboratively engaging with the National Health Laboratory Service (NHLS) in developing activities that will contribute to achieving PEPFAR-South Africa and the South African Government's goals and objectives for HIV/TB and other opportunistic infectious diseases.
