Support for the National Blood Bank Services in the Implementation and Expansion of Blood Safety Activities in Ethiopia under the President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR): The purpose of this Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) is to support the implementation of blood safety strategies and activities to ensure provision of safe and adequate units of blood and blood products to health facilities eligible to provide blood transfusion services in Ethiopia.
