Synergistic Monitoring CESU Project: This Funding Announcement is not a request for applications. This announcement is to provide public notice of the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), intention to fund the following project activities without full and open competition. This project is an add-on to an existing project, the USGS Digital Land Treatment Data Library (DLTL), in which BLM has been a partner since 2005. The UNR has a USGS subcontract on this project and the BLM Washington Office is supporting a Nevada-BLM specific component of this UNR sub-project. This project is not required but is desired to further the development of the BLM Assessment, Inventory and Monitoring Program.
