Thomas Creek Water Quality & Clean Samish Initiative: This Funding Announcement is not a request for applications. This announcement is to provide public notice of the Bureau of Reclamation's intention to fund the following project activities without full and open competition. The Bureau of Reclamation and the Samish Nation Tribe (Tribes) to enter into a grant agreement whereby the Tribes will continue regular water quality and habitat assessment data for Thomas Creek. This is a 3-year project, and the data collected will provide baseline water quality data as well as provide post restoration project data that can be used to analyze success and guide future restoration activities.
