U.S. Army Garrison Hawaii, Land Rehabilitation and Maintenance Support, Integrated Training Area Management: Pohakuloa Training Area Land Rehabilitation and Maintenance Support, Range Division Hawaii, Integrated Training Area Management - This project is intended to provide Land Rehabilitation and Maintenance (LRAM) support to Pohakuloa Training Area (PTA) on the island of Hawaii in support of the U.S. Army Range Division Hawaii (RDH) Integrated Training Area Management (ITAM) Sustainable Range Program. The ITAM Program is responsible for maintaining sustainable training lands and resources to help the Army meet its training requirements providing training land management capability across the total Army in an environmentally sound manner. The Recipient will provide soil, water and vegetation protection and repair, erosion control, vegetation and soil rehabilitation, sensitive area protection and habitat management to the impacted military training areas.
