U.S.Russia University Partnership Program: The Public Affairs Section of the U.S. Embassy in Moscow announces an open competition for the FY 2014 US-Russia University Partnership Program. Public and private non-profit organizations and institutions of higher education meeting the provisions described in Internal Revenue Code section 26 USC 501(c)(3) may submit proposals to develop a university partnership program that matches Russian institutions of higher learning with U.S. counterparts.
