Youth Film Camp Five-Year Cooperative Agreement: The Park Service, at Lewis & Clark National Historical Park (LEWI), has a requirement for a single cooperator to teach and produce an annual Teen Film Camp, four days long, for 10 high school-aged students for the next five summers.
