2011 Summer of Innovation Project: This is a modification to the synopsis entitled 2011 SUMMER OF INNOVATION PROJECT which was posted on 1/6/2011. You are notified that the following changes are made: The Full Cooperative Agreement Notice has been posted on the NASA Solicitation and Proposal Integrated Review and Evaluation System (NSPIRES). A pre-proposal teleconference will be held on January 27, 2011 from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time. So that NASA will be able to cover as much information as possible at the teleconference prospective offerors are requested to submit any written questions before 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on January 26, 2011. Only questions submitted in advance will be answered during the teleconference. No "live" questions will be taken or answered during the call. The due date for proposals is February 25, 2011, by 11:59 p.m., Eastern Time. Documents related to this procurement will be available on the NSPIRES website.
