BLM NV WDO Testing at Serendipity Shelter Project: This Funding Announcement is not a request for applications. This announcement is to provide public notice of the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), intention to fund the following project activities without full and open competition. The project involves the BLM and the University of North Dakota working under a cooperative agreement to conduct archaeological testing (excavation) at a rock shelter in the High Rock Wilderness Area of the Black Rock Desert-High Rock Canyon Emigrant Trails National Conservation Area (and other nearby testing) and analysis of the material recovered, plus analysis of material recovered in an earlier phase of the project
