BLM-WO, National Seed Strategy Implementation and Sagebrush Restoration: BLMâ¿¿s Plant Conservation Program supports native plant material development for landscape and habitat restoration for all BLM lands, especially priority habitat in the Great Basin (OR, ID, NV, WA, UT). Additionally, BLM holds the chair of the Plant Conservation Allianceâ¿¿s Federal Committee, which is implementing the interagency National Seed Strategy for Rehabilitation and Restoration.
