Developing a Stewardship Management Framework for the Klamath Basin: The Mid-Pacific Region of the Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation) intends to issue a Notice of Intent for a grant agreement to Klamath Watershed Partnership for the following program: Developing a Stewardship Management Framework for the Klamath Basin. The purpose of requirement is to develop the infrastructure necessary for an adaptive management watershed stewardship framework to support agencies and organizations implementatin of water quality program for the Klamath Basin. Refer to Notice of Intent (NOI) to award announcement, R13AS20017 for additional information. A Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed financial assistance based upon Departmental Manual 505 DM 2, paragraph 2.14(B)(1) & (4) is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. The System for Award Management (SAM) applies to this announcement.
