Exploratory Research in Nuclear Detection Technology: The Department of Homeland Security, Office of Procurement Operations is soliciting proposals for the Domestic Nuclear Detection Office (DNDO) under this Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) for Exploratory Research that directly supports the DNDO mission. This BAA solicits proposals in the area of Nuclear Detection Technology that may lead to a dramatic improvement in national capabilities in nuclear/radiological detection, verification, and forensics.
