Fisheries, Aquatic Conservation and Climate Change Adaptation: The purpose of this Agreement is to facilitate collaboration between the Bureau of Land Management and a coldwater fisheries conservation organization to provide a landscape context for the role BLM lands could play in providing long-term physical and ecological function of watersheds to support aquatic species conservation – especially in the face of climate change, and to develop integrated adaptation and mitigation strategies which address the impacts of climate change on aquatic resources on BLM public lands, and can be applied at the field level.
