Formative Research on Use of Mobile Applications ("app") to Increase HIV Testing Behavior and HIV Prevention with Positive Persons: The purpose of this funding announcement is to fund one applicant to conduct formative research to understand the needs, barriers, and facilitators of using mobile phone applications ('apps') for HIV prevention. Findings from this project will be used by the CDC to develop future HIV prevention mobile apps to support public health.
