Improving Health of Americans with Mobility Limitations Through Evidence-Based Health Promotion Programs: The Division of Human Development and Disability (DHDD) in CDC's National Center on Birth Defects and Developmental Disabilities (NCBDDD) proposes a Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) to solicit applications from agencies of national scope to collaborate with CDC on a non-research Cooperative Agreement titled “Improving Health of Americans with Mobility Limitations Through Evidence-based Health Promotion Programs” that would build on decades of work with national partners.
