Applications may be submitted by public nonprofit organizations, private nonprofit organizations, universities, colleges, research institutions, hospitals, and faith-based organizations that meet the following criteria: 1. Have at least three years of documented HIV/AIDS related programming experience in Uganda. 2. Have demonstrated expertise in the areas of public health communications and social marketing. 3. Have extensive knowledge of supply/marketing systems design and implementation. 4. Have experience in marketing components of the basic care package including the safe water vessel and chlorine. 5. Organizations must be based in Uganda.
