Joint Planning and Development for Water Systems: The Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation) intends to issue a sole source Grant Agreement to The City of Fernley, Department of Public Works, 595 Silver Lace Blvd., Fernley, NV 89408, under the authority of CFDA 15.508, Public Law 107-171, Section 2507(a)(1)(b); Public Law 110-161, Section 208(a)(7). The purpose of this program is to provide funding to the City of Fernley and the Pyramid Lake Paiute Tribe for joint planning and development activities for water, wastewater, and sewer facilities. Period of performance is from the date of award to December 31, 2013. Estimated award date: on or about July 14, 2009. Estimated award amount: $4,950,000.00. A Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed financial assistance based upon Departmental Manual 505 DM 2, paragraph 2.14(B)(4) is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. Central Contractor Registration (CCR) applies to this announcement.
