Lake Tahoe Regional Development Program: The Mid-Pacific Region of the Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation) intends to issue a Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) R10AF20021 for Grants/Cooperative Agreements pursuant to the authority of CFDA 15.517. The principal feature of the work is for the following program: Lake Tahoe Regional Development Program. Reclamation proposes to provide financial assistance supporting activities that assist in addressing the past degradation of Lake Tahoe and its watershed by undertaking projects, either directly or through financial assistance to others, to meet the environmental thresholds as defined in the Tahoe Regional Planning Agency's Environmental Improvement Program. Period of Performance is 5 years or less from the date of issuance of the Agreement. The estimated date for receipt of proposals is on or about June 7, 2010. No paper copy of this solicitation will be distributed. Central Contractor Registration (CCR) applied to this FOA. Prospective applicants must be registered prior to award. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award. Information on CCR registration can be obtained via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov.
