Libby and Bonneville Dams Maximum Precipitation Studies: In this study, we are looking to expand an existing maximum precipitation study for Libby and Bonneville Dams in the Columbia River Basin. This work includes model runs, uncertainty analysis and/or climate change analysis along with a comparative review of the current draft report. The recipient will be required to address any external reviewer comments for finalization and publication of papers and a final report.
