NLCS Partnership Building: The principle purpose of this proposed project for Ironwood Forest National Monument is to assist in the design and implementation of Membership Program(s) for an organization(s) whose mission directly and mutually benefits both the organization and the management goals of the BLM Tucson Field Office NLCS units, in accordance with BLM mission, policies and regulations. The organization would be associated with Ironwood Forest National Monument and would have demonstrated previous contributions to the BLM in managing to protect the public land resources. Specifically, tasks involved would include development of membership database, development of membership materials, design and coordination of web based membership, outreach to partners and community members, design of thank you letters and newsletter, as well as responding to membership program efforts. The principle purpose of this proposed project for Las Cienegas National Conservation Area is to provide assistance in design and implementation of a communication and fundraising strategy for an organization whose mission directly and mutually benefits both the organization and the management goals of the BLM Tucson Field Office NLCS units, in accordance with BLM mission, policies and regulations. The organization must be associated with the Las Cienegas National Conservation Area and have demonstrated previous contributions to the BLM in managing to protect public land resources. Specific tasks involved in the design and implementation of the communication and fundraising strategy include development of membership brochure and program, web-site development to support fundraising and communication, logo design for the organization, and assistance with strategic planning.
