New Access Points: This Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) announces the opportunity to apply for New Access Points (NAP) funding under the Health Center Program. The purpose of this funding is to support new health center service delivery sites to expand affordable, accessible, and high-quality primary health care for underserved communities and populations.
