Physical and Programmatic Accessibility Evaluations of Stones River National Battlefield: NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD: This funding announcement is not a request for applications or proposals. This announcement is to provide public notice of the National Park Service’s intent to award a non-competitive Cooperative Agreement in accordance with Department of Interior, 505 Departmental Manual 2.12C. The objective of this agreement is to conduct a comprehensive accessibility assessment of Stones River National Battlefield under the terms of a Cooperative Agreement. The project would include assessment of physical assets, programmatic barriers, data entry into the Condition Assessment Portal, and cost estimating in the Cost Estimating Software System (CESS). Using the latest accessibility guidelines as minimum standards--The Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABAAS), the physical assets identified at the park would be assessed for barriers to accessibility.
