Recreation Facility Improvements at Lake Cascade State Park: The Bureau of Reclamation, Pacific Northwest Region, Snake River Area (Reclamation) is requesting proposals to fund projects for activities in support of the Title 28 program for Federal fiscal year (FY) 2008. The Title 28 program allows for projects with non-Federal partners to investigate, plan, design, construct, operate, maintain, modify or otherwise provide for enhancements to recreation facilities - to meet public demand -at Reclamation Projects.
