Task Agreement with Journey Through Hallowed Ground Partnership, Inc.: This is NOT a request for applications; this is an announcement that an award has already been designated for Journey Through Hallowed Ground Partnership, Inc., for their work on the Task Agreement with the NPS. To that end, JTHG will: 1. Implement the Management Plan in accordance with the terms of the Agreement and the Legislation as described in Attachment A – FY14 Work Plan and Budget. 2. Conduct public meetings at least semiannually regarding the implementation of the Management Plan. 3. Include units of local government, regional planning organizations, and nonprofit organizations in developing a management plan. 4. Comply with all applicable State and Federal laws, including, but not limited to, National Environmental Policy Act and the National Historic Preservation Act. 5. Prepare compliance documents for NPS and/or State approval.
